Fifties style petticoats and circle skirts have been Swingtime Collection's speciality for over 25 years. Phil and Zoë, the owners have been promoting fifties Rock 'n' Roll at Shoreham Centre, near Brighton since 1978 (www.rock-n-roll.org.uk). They have also been very closely involved with the American Square Dance scene in the U.K. as clothing suppliers and running their own club.
